I can understand your concern.. pain during periods is called dysmenorrhoea.. it's normal and everyone gets dysmenorrhoea, pain is bearable and stays just for 1-2days and it's sign of ovulatory cycle.. but if the pain is severe and for more days then there could be cause for it.. causes of dysmenorrhoea are Fibroids, adenomyosis, Endometriosis.. please get ultrasound of abdomen pelvis done once to rule out any pathology.. treatment includes treating underlying cause, hot fomentation, pain killers like tablet mefenemic acid, intrauterine device containing progesterone, oral pills... please consult gynecologist once in person..
