My periods stop at 3rd day Its my 3rd of period and there is no bleeding Usually i gate almost heavy flow till 4 5 days... What happened suddenly i am worried

If this is the only cycle your periods have stopped the third day then relax, nothing to worry . But if it's being a routine and u see reduced flow or no of days or some deviation from normal then meet your gynaecologist and get your self evaluated.
