I gave birth to a daughter on 5th feb 2018 by c section delievery. I am breastfeeding her. I got my periods (menstrual cycle) on 22nd march 2018which last for around 8 days with heavy bleeding . But after that i dint get down even after 55 days. Infact twice i felt the pain what i usually have before periods. Kindly suggest

Lactational  amenorrhoea  is the cause If pregnant test is negative. Best is start tab cerezette  ocp oral contraceptive  pill for lactational amenorrhoea. Start after pregnancy test is negative. This kit have 28tab. To be taken daily for 28days then restart new pscket in spite of no periods. You can take for as many days as you like for spacing. It is safe for feeding baby.
