Can be normal. Depending on other features. Irregular menstrual periods are common in early age. Obesity, junk food consumption inactivity can cause metabolic abnormalities and early menarche. Life style changes are necessary.
Next Steps
Avoid over weight, eat sensibly, avoid junk food with lot of fats sugars and spices. Young girls should have vigorous sports activity for 1-2 hours daily.

Yes, completely normal. Age 10–14 is the typical range for a girl's first period, and 11 falls right in the middle. No need to worry.
Next Steps
Teach menstrual hygiene basics Track cycles — irregular periods in the first 1–2 years are normal Consult a doctor only if periods are very heavy, painful, or absent for 3+ months
Health Tips
Reassure your daughter emotionally — that's just as important as the physical care.

Yes, 11 years is within the normal age range for periods to start in girls. Most girls get their first menstrual cycle between 9–15 years of age, commonly around 10–13 years. In the first 1–2 years after periods begin, cycles may be somewhat irregular initially, which is usually normal.
Health Tips
You should consult a doctor if: • periods started before 8 years or not started even after 15 years • very heavy bleeding, severe pain, or prolonged irregularity occurs • associated excessive weight loss/gain or other hormonal symptoms are present.
