Menstrual cycle issue.

I was on birth control pills and after i stopped it for almost about a month my period came very early , I bled for Two days and then again for 8 days after a gap of two days. My lower part of the stomach is paining very much and also i bled during unprotected sex the previous time . I have gotten myself tested for every STD which includes HIV, VDRL and HERPES and all were negative. Also, I feel weak and after my period i still have spotting. Please help.
