Menstrual cycle drastic changes after I

I have been having literally two days of menstruation then 3-4 days spotting sore hurting breast before and after period for past two months. Not pregnant took five pregnancy test in two months between doctor and at home. What could be wrong with my body. My cycle is so light I barely feel it something is wrong.
