Pls put she cup in boiling water for 30 minutes after and before  every period. U can use any type of handwash for cleaning it in between.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You can use clean water and some detergent to wash it. Then completely dry it. After washing with detergent, you can use dettol to clean it also. Nothing special has to be done. Just basic. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
