I've been facing extreme menstrual cramps accompanied with lower back pain and abdominal pain and heavy flow. A hello to my problem would be much appreciated.

Get done ultrasonography to know the pathology of uterus.Also get done complete urine examination and culture sensitivity of the urine.With reports meet to gynaecologist and take medicine.
