Hello, if you have no urinary symptoms (high frequency or pain while urinating, or bad smell) then don't worry it is not any infection. Since you are having pain only during menstruation, with out any symptoms like heavy bleeding, irregular periods or dirty smell of discharge then also it is not suggestive of any reproductive tract infection. Some women are simply very sensitive to pain, and Polycystic ovarian disease is diagnosed by clinical symptoms and abdominal ultrasound scan (you told about X-ray!!!!?). If you have any above symptoms then consult gynecologist otherwise good healthy foods, not paying much attention to pain will help.
