Menstrual cramps but no p
I have been experiencing menstrual cramps from last 3-4 days but it seems that I have missed my periods. I am having lower back pain, n pain in my legs too but there is no sign of menstrual flow. I had protected sex many times in the past month, n due to missed periods I went for home pregnancy test which turned out to be negative. What should I do? Why my periods are delayed?
Hi there....the menstrual cramps could be due to several reasons like pelvic inflammatory disease, pcod, endometriosis, fibromas. Sometimes even ectopic pregnancy also can cause such symptoms. Hence kindly consult a obstetrician as soon as possible for further evaluation. You might even need an abdomen and pelvis ultrasound scan
