Menstrual cramps and discomfort

I have been suffering from intense mentrual cramps before, during and after my periods. Also, there is itching and soreness around the pee-point after periods. Because of this there burning sensation during urination. Please suggest a remedy. I drink 3-4litres of water atleast daily.

This suggest urinary tract infection.. Do urine routine and culture test... Meet your gynac
