My mother aged 50 years is facing a lot of problems in her menstration since 6 months. She gets irregular periods like on span of 2-3 months and then it stays for more than 8-15 days on stretch. It is followed by heavy bleeding and clotting. She is feeling weak and dizzy.

She needs to take neutritional suppliments along with Uterine toners etc to have a smooth menopause.
