Meniscal Tear Grade2
I have pain in my left knee where I was diagnosed with meniscus tear 2 when I did MRI scan in June 2023. I had a injury and 32 stitches on my left knee due to cycling when I was in grade 8. But after that everything was fine until I started practicing yoga and pain started in left knee so I did the MRI scan . Now I wear knee cap but sometimes I get a lot of pain when I walk a lot,or have to bend my knees.
I have attached my MRI scan report.Please help me .Thank you in advance.
Repeat MRI WITH BETTER DIAGNOSTIC CENTER , IF NOT BETTER TO GO FOR DIAGNOSTIC DRY ARTHROSCOPY TO SEE IF THE MENISCUS INJURY IS THERE ON OPD BASIS ,

avoid flexion of knee , and sitting cross leg and squatting, to prevent the advancing injury and articular surface damage
