Recently my sister diagnose with meningioma,is surgery only option or any other options,post surgery what complications will be there.whats the best solution to get rid of this problem.Is it not possible to control with medication.

For a tumor of this size, surgery only is the best option. Post surgical complications include seizure, bleeding,  weakness of limbs, speech disturbances.  Serious complications such as  unconscious state, mortality is less than 1-2%in experienced hands. Benifits of surgery outweigh the risks. Meningiomais not treatable by medication
