Brahma rasayan, Saraswatharista, Brahmi gritham, Rogan badam oil in milk. Which is best for memory and concentration in kids. How much dosage should 7 year old can take and how long? Is their any side effects by taking any food while taking them?

You can give him badam rogan oil one teaspoon in milk and give it for one month and notice the activity of kid . check in how much time he learn one line if he or she takes more than 15 or 20 minute then continue one month more other wise you can stop it. It has no side effect and good for kids
