Hello Avinash...As a Neurologist, I think I can help u..Memory loss in old age has multiple causes, Blood pressure being one of them..He needs a detailed Neurological History, Examination and Investigations, so as to determine the type and one or more causes of memory loss..I advice u to consult a Neurophysician and proceed further..
