A mucous membrane is developed on the white part of my right eye. Yet i don't have any vision problems. Is there anything to be worried about?

A membrane in white part or conjuctival part is not a problem if it is not obscuring your eye sight. But if it has started recently and fast growing or associated with pain or redness better consult ophthalmologist for examination.
