I have pigmentation around lips, chin and on right Chik Left chick is clear. The image attached is of right Chik having black pigmentation

Initial stage of melasma. Important to use the right cream. Sunscreen mandatory. Minimal tanning is present. Consult me online. Need more details. May be hormone related .
