These days one very common cause of dry eye is excessive screen time- leading to evaporation of tear film. Not atrophy of Gland.
Try to Minimize screen time.
while in front of screen, every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away.
Stay hydrated, blink more often.
Stay away from dust and heat.
Do not sit under the fan or in front of ac.
As advised by your dr Eye drop teardrops 4 times a day for 1 month will help for the dryness.
