My psychiatrist has given Nexito20 with desvenlafaxine200. It is a huge dose. Can I take it, I'm afraid that I will have serotonin syndrome. Please answer

Sometimes we may need higher doses if lower doses don't show response. But if you are starting with such high dose of medicine. You better take a second opinion. Best of luck
