My father have 4 medicines pantocid 40, aztor 20, metaloc XL 50 & deplatt A 75. If I buy their substitute also does that make any difference be it cheap. Is there any problem having their substitute. I just want to clear this thing as my father is heart patient.

Salt should be same and dosage should be same, can be taken
