Can i take pain killer diclofenac with ascitalopram tablet because i have neck pain. And i am taking antidepressant from 10 days. Can i take pain killer with it.

What mg of escitalopram your taking You can go for simple paracetamol. But no harm in diclo

You need to decrease dose of either of the drug as they have synergistic action. In case you have injury where there is severe bleeding, you need to stop both thw drugs immediately.
