Piles or Haemorrhoids is categorised into 3 stages / degee. In case of 1 st degree  laxatives to soften stools and pain killers will help. Practice SiTZ bath.. (take warm water in a tub where she can sit completely add betadine solution to that.. sit in that water  for 20 minutes)after that apply lignocaine jelly to that area .. avoid oily spicy and fried items.. drink plenty of fluids
