Piles or Haemorrhoids is categorised into 3 stages / degee. In case of 1 st degree  laxatives to soften stools and pain killers will help. Use Tablet Dulcoflex one at night and Tablet Zerodol-P twice daily for free motion and pain respectively. In case of 2 nd degree piles , bleeding may occur which requires local applicants like Proctosedyl or Shield apart laxatives and pain killers. In case of 3 rd degree piles surgery along with medicines is required.
