Dear sir I am taking glycomet gp 1 forte (metfirmin 1000 and glimperide 1 mg) for dibetis.now my fasting sugar is 125 and after fooding is 117 after 1 and half hour.should I change the medicine

Need to know multiple readings as well as HbA1c, Concurrent Illness and if any hypoglycemia symptoms are there. So better to consult once regarding modifying dose. We can reduce a bit I think or can give medicine which doesn't have risk of Hypoglycemia.
