I am travelling right now.and i am suffering from cough from last 15 days . Its a dry cough and this is due to cold weather. My nose is running continuously and chest is full due to cold. Plz suggest me medicine

Take following medicines for 3 days. tab Sinarest 1 tab 2 times a day and tab Azee 500mg 1 tab once daily and tab Pantop-D 1 tab daily empty stomach.
