I want to know that can we take ashvagandha tablet and brahmi tablet (Himalaya) together or it has any side effects
Side effects depends on person to person
generally there are very minimum side effects of ayurvedic medicines and if side effects happens they are notified by patient himself.
There will be no long term side effect in my concern, if short term side effects occurs then take medicine with a diffrence of 30 minutes atleast.
if it still exist then take medicines separately.
