I am having a pain in my neck which has also extended to my spinal cord. And i just want to know if i can take any antibiotics knowing that i have to take my vaccination within 24 hrs.

You don't need to take any antibiotics specifically before vaccination. However if doctor has advised antibiotics for some other reason then you can take that .
