Actually i have initial problem of anal fissure and im searching for 1.nux vomica 30 2.acid nitrica 30 And im not getting this medicine anywhere so i want any alternative of this medicine to cure my problem.

Diagnosis- Fissure in Ano Rx; 1.Tab zenflox oz 1x2 7 days 2. Tab Rantac OD  300mg 1x1 7 days 3. Tab Dilona SP 1x2 3 days then sos 4. Syp Smuth- L  3 TSF x HS 5. sithz bath with betadine solution 10-15 minutes twice daily for 15 days 6. Anobliss ointment LA x BD 7. Avoid spicy n fatty food 8. Tab Bandy plus 1 tab bed time x 3 days
