Your NT scan and first trimester screening numbers look reassuring. The risk for Down syndrome, Edwards syndrome and Patau syndrome all came back low. Your preeclampsia and growth restriction risk scores are also in the low range for this stage.
Next Steps
Low dose aspirin for preeclampsia prevention generally works best when started before 16 weeks, so it is worth confirming the exact week with your doctor soon. The TT vaccine and calcium are usually started in the second trimester, so a week's difference between doctors isn't unusual.
Health Tips
Please discuss this with your obstetrician at your next visit, since general timelines online aren't a substitute for her reviewing your full scan details and history.
