It depends upon which medicine u take. Because in homoeopathic some medicine should not be repeated. So u repeat then aggaration takes place and it is very harmful for u. So for taking any type of medicine first off all u have to consult a perfect doctor

If you take wrong medicines, or unwanted repetition then yes it can cause new symptoms or increase in problems. But it is mostly short lived.

Yes homoeopathy also has side effects (but in milder forms compared to other pathies contrary to belief that it does not have any side effects).Even if it is used for longer time,if  the medicine is selected after proper casetaking then less chances of side effects.
