Medication advice regarding herpes

I recently got treated with herpes I used medicine for 7 - 10 days and it's clear now but I have one around my anus and I don't know maybe because of passing stools it is not curing I still feel pain there at present I'm applying fusidic cream should I use any medicine for that now and also for this virus should we take the medicine daily I mean in life or the course of 10 days is enough. Please let me know. Thanks in advance!!!
