I am a second year in bachelor of physiotherapy. I've unable to attend College  for more than a month due to stress and anxiety. I already took so many days of absence before and  I was diagnosed with bpd on February of 2022 but haven't been able to receive treatment due to my guardians being busy with work and the psychiatrist department said that i needed to be accompanied by one family member or guardian. My parents say they can't say that i have issues with my mental health to college. Now my college/ Uni is asking me to provide medical certificate for long absence and i do not know where i need to go. My parent tried to get one through a friend, but the doctor said she can't provide me with one. I don't know what to do.
