Hello Respected Doctors, On Nexito 10 for the last 15 days, feeling better in multiple ways. Issue is gastric problems and sometimes stomach pain after taking. Amy remedied or measures I can take. Please guide. Regards

SSRIs like Fluoxetine, Sertraline and Escitalopram can increase gastric acid secretion and can cause heart burn and discomfort in the stomach. This can be minimized by taking medications after taking food to some extent. Eventually, this side effect will fade away over few more weeks.
Next Steps
Try to avoid lying down immediately after meals to prevent acid reflux and try taking a walk post meals.

U can take a pantoprazole domperidone combination for several days because of obvious GI side effects of this medications. As soon as tolerance develop to this side effect u can stop the ppi combination
