I m suffering from measles from 3 days. I have taken vaccines for measles in childhood. Should I take any antibiotics for it?

HELLO, YES, AS PNUMONIA IS THE MOST KNOW COMPLICATIONS. TAB DOLO 650 IF FEVER IS THEIR EIGHT HOURLY AFTER FOOD. TAB ZIFI 200 TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR FIVE TO SEVEN DAYS. PLENTY OF HEALTHY LIQUIDS. LIGHT DIET. TAN MONTUK LC ONE AT NIGHT FOR SEVEN TO TEN DAYS.  NOT TO ITCH I JUST ADD MONTUK.OK. YES NO COLD U CAN CONSUME. OK.
