Mean arterial pressure or MoM value

In my 1st trimester 13th week pregnancy my mean arterial pressure equivalent to MoM is 1.46. Doc says everything is fine and asked to to take 150mcg ecospirin at night.please suggest is there any complication

Helps to avoid intrauterine growth restriction for the baby and also it avoids blood pressure in pregnancy to an extent so it's good to take it go ahead
