I am a MDR TB patient and I am on a MDR TB Treatment, my question is I was having constipation so I started taking Syrup of Constipation relief "Cremaffin" because of which I got very relief but my question was How much HOURS gap should I give between "Cremaffin" Syrup and My anti TB drugs so that effects of my anti tb drugs wont get reduced and wont get digested without absorption, I felt less or low side reactions of ant tb drugs when taken 1-2 hours after "Cremaffin" Syrup, thats why I got suspicious.

Hello sir some tb  drugs should be taken in empty stomach. Cremaffin syrup should be taken at bed time. Don mix tb drugs and cramaffin syp.
