Your body is asking for rest and hence you are feeling distracted and a part of you wants to push yourself to study and then that’s the confusion happening if where you want something for yourself and your body is not living up to the expectations you set for it. It looks like there is some inner sub conscious resistance that we aren’t able to figure out. Hi ,I think your body is getting affected from post lunch dip, also known as afternoon slump. When you feel tired and not able to concentrate that is the best time for 20to 30 minutes power nap which will make you more alert and prepare for better learning. There are few things you can follow. 1.Get 7to 8 hrs sleep including power nap. Avoid stimulants like coffee, tea, soft drinks. Drink enough water and eat small portion of regular snacks. Avoid heavy lunch. Find time for self care, like relaxation, yoga, stress management etc
Next Steps
Consult a psychologist for dealing with anxiety and stress.
Health Tips
Take small breaks in between the studies.Make everyday target plan. Target should be specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and in allotted time. Wish you all the best https://prac.to/b10Y5
