Maternity hospital v/s multi speciality

Is it okay to choose maternity hospital over multi speciality hospital?! What will these single speciality maternity hospitals do when different complications arise during delivery like heart attack , lungs issue etc etc . I heard in such cases these single speciality hospitals beg other doctors for help so I am worried, please clarify is it true?! Should I choose multi speciality over maternity hospital?!
