I am phd scholar 1 year but have a habit of excessive masturbation I can't control sexual urges it's hits my mind .I can't leave porn daily I have to watch .How can I stop daily sexual urges .I am a Virgin too .When ever I see hot female I get urges sexual .I can't control .
