I masturbate regularly ( once/day and sometimes twice). I have been mastubating since I was 13 years old. From past 2months I feel thay my memory has become weak and i have blurriness in my eyes during night. I think there might be a corelation between masturbating and occurence of these symptoms.. I want to know whether there is any corelation between these two and whether I should reduce masturbating or not and how I should do it. Please help me solve this problem. Thankyou.
