Correct say Dr Sanmukh

According to ayurveda a brahmcharya should be followed during studying period of life that is up to 25 yrs.. As this is the period when u have to set ur goals and focus on then, any activity which leads to loss of shukr from body affects that. Also being related to mana ,loss of shukr by any activity like masturbation/ physical contact lead to irritated, unstable and unfocused mind. This in turn affects ur life and strength of your mind as well as body.. Though modern science says that this is the natural phenomenon. But our tradition and science don't accept it. And hence do I. Because many times I had come to see such cases where this type activity changed and detoriated the person a lot in physical, mental and social level. So better be alert on time👍
