Hi , I have Tinitus in left ear it didn't stop but slow and i have check everything no issue in mri, ct only  bilateral hypertrophy in nose and i think the the infection from nose goes into air cells of mastoid bone. That's why I'm feeling some stiffness in mastoid bone + Tinitus + feeling some mucus trapped in air cells of mastoid bone. It all happens cuase of cold. Please help me. Tintus is slow but not stopped and heavyness in mastoid region

Tinnitus can occur due to multiple reasons.get Audiometry test and tympanometry test to rule out any nerve related hearing loss and middle ear infection. Get an ENT opinion for proper assessment.
