Massage after pregnancy is good for mother as with oil massage the muscles and bones will get strength. And the weakness after delivery will also be covered with it. But in stead of looking in any doctor's clinic you should do it at home by any maid who do it for babies, they will do it for mother also.

Women who have had a normal delivery can start the postnatal massage Usually  within the first five days after delivery. However, postpartum massage after a C-section can be performed only after the wound has sufficiently healed before beginning the massage.
