Mass in anus

I feel little mass inside anus 12 o clock I showed that to general surgeon he said it's fissure (suggest laser operation) Also I showed that that to BAMS Dr pile specialist He said it's fissure as well as fissure bed abscess(suggest 1st medicines if not heal then laser operation) They both put there finger inside my anus for 3 to 4 seconds only .I am scare about that mass ..it's NOT soft it's there from almost 4 months in same size Please suggest what should I do ? Please answer

Probably it’s a chronic fissure in ano..the mass you are feeling would be a skin tag/ sentinel pile .. usually followed by chronic constipation..

It's probably chronic fissure in ano sir. The mass is just skin tag.. due to tightening of the sphincter. The skin will bunch up and form a mass.. it is just skin with some scar tissue ..  Nothing more! Go for the surgery soon

As per the history it looks like a chronic fissure, I suggest taking medicines for 3-5 days then going for surgery as per the decision of the surgeon During this time avoid heavy spicy food, non vegetarian (if u take) Take a sitz bath and a high fiber diet.
