My mother has some dot marks on both lower legs which is recent , not sure why its , has some spondylitis issues since few years, other reports seem to be normal

More information is needed, as to' - duration of spots? Are they increasing progressively? Is there itching and or pain? Is she on aspirin? Did she have some viral illness in recent past?
