  4. Marks on feet. There any serious issue?

I'm 21 years old. One week ago I noticed that I have U shaped red marks on my feet. After one week I have noticed that random shaped red marks on my left feet. It doesn't cause any pain or any other. It looks like blood clot.But it doesn't fade What is the reason behind this? Is there any serious issue?
