Hi dr I got this mark on my left feet 4 years back and I visited a Dermatologist he told me it was purpura and did laser for the mark for cosmetic reasons The mark has now started to occur again and I'm also developing similar mark on right feet I need a. Permanent solution to this but doctors have been telling me there's no medicine for this Is it true I'm scared Pls help I want to get rid of it I do regular gym
