Marginal incertion of umblical cord

My daughter is 5 months pregnant.this is her second baby.previous pregnant had no problem. But it was c section due to overweigt of the baby.this time in 20th week ultrasound they found marginal incertion. But the baby development is fine so for.we are concerned.any future complications.?pls answer.
