Many Lumps under skin
Can gym affect lumps under skin ?
10+ on right arm
10+ on left arm
15+ on back
few on chest and thighs
They are harmless and pain less right now.
I'm getting these lumps from last 10 years.
Is there any effect of gym ?
It's multiple lipomas. There is no medicine to get rid of it. Surgery is the only way. As plastic surgeons we can remove it with minimal scar and also remotely by tunneling under the skin. Gym does not effect it, but since it's under the skin and over the muscles, they may become more prominent when the muscle becomes hard.
