I have many flat moles almost 10 on each arm. And thing(including pin head sized ones too) and seems that they have appeared recently(I might have missed a few during first analysis). Recently new tiny brown spots( which Iooks almost like tiny lentigo) and few cherry angioma have appeared. Am I at risk of any skin disease or cancer.
